What we cover in the programme
Six focused sessions, each building on the last, designed to take you from where you are now to where you want to be, with a clear plan and the confidence to execute it.
i.
Set your direction
Before you start your journey, you need to know where you're headed. This session explores your motivations and matches them with roles available in the market (in pre-sales and beyond).
ii.
Develop your skills
An assessment of where you are today and where you need to be. We identify the gaps, prioritise what matters most and find the types of learning and development that work best for you.
iii.
Build your plan
This is where intention becomes action. We map out the concrete steps (what to do, in what order, and by when) so that you leave with a plan you're ready to execute.
iv.
Articulate your value
Executing on deals and projects is one thing, but you also need to explain exactly where and how you added value. We assemble your evidence and get clear on how to present it.
v.
Practice your pitch
Thinking about your evidence only gets you so far. We role-play presenting it in different scenarios to make sure you're comfortable presenting it when it counts.
vi.
Maximise your impact
Landing the role is just the beginning. We analyse where you can add the most value, both in terms of quick wins and longer-term priorities, to set you up for sustained success.
The coaching was genuinely invaluable. Chris has walked the walk, understands the role deeply, and is in an unbelievable position to help.

Frequently asked questions (FAQs)
How long does the programme take?
As long as you need. Clients often complete the first three sessions in quick succession (sometimes in as little as three weeks), then take a break to execute on their plan before returning for the final three. Ultimately, the pace is yours to set.
Can I change the sessions?
Yes. The programme is flexible and tailored to your specific goals. While the sessions are designed to build on one another for maximum impact, we can adjust the focus based on your situation. If you don't feel ready for the full programme, the first session is available standalone, or we can work by the hour on a specific topic. We can discuss the best approach during your free consultation.
Can I use my professional development stipend?
In many cases, yes. If your company offers a professional development stipend, check the specific requirements and I'll provide whatever documentation you need (whether that's a programme outline, tailored invoice, or something else) to support your reimbursement request.
